For printable information about The Haven and to fill out emergency contact information for your child if they will be attending CLICK HERE. We need to have an emergency contact form on file for the current school year for any child attending The Haven, so you can print it out, fill it in & send it with your child or drop it off yourself. We hope to see your child at The Haven this school year!
